I know that it is not related directly to storage, but I found the Interactive map of the Linux Kernel
and highly recommend that you take it for a spin. I think that this is relevant because so many storage applications are based upon Linux these days — well and OpenSolaris/Solaris as well. So if you have the chance it is an interesting walk through.

Thanks for the link but you have a typo in it. It should be http://www.makelinux.net/kernel_map not http://www.makelinux.net/kernel_map as you have it in your post.
